Dmitry Butyugin 28f06a104b shaper_calibrate: Fixed crashes in SHAPER_CALIBRATE and TEST_RESONANCES
Fixed crashes due to wrong parameter passed to the shaper selection function
and when the custom FREQ_END is specified.
