The relative_reference_index will now refer to a coordinate that is static and cannot be changed at runtime. If new mesh parameters are specifed and the reference lies outside of the mesh then the reference location will be probed. Additionally this introduces a 'zero_reference_position' option which accepts a specific X/Y coordinate. This may be used in place of the relative_reference_index.
