config: Add Artillery Sidewinder X2 2022 stock printer.cfg (#5810)

Works for unmodified stock Artillery Sidewinder X2, 
year 2022 with Artillery Ruby v1.2 mainboard. 
All by default connected things are working fine.

Build firmware with architecture STM32F401 with "No bootloader". 
Other settings keep ther defaults
